PORT-au-PRINCE, Haiti — With a major earthquake just over a month ago, some 230,000 dead, hundreds of thousands displaced and many still struggling to find food and water, the capital remains in a crisis. Haitians need help, but aren’t merely waiting around for anyone to come to the rescue.
